World Vision Somaliland (WVSLD, (a non-profit making and Development Agency with projects in most parts of Somaliland invites tenders from registered, approved and reputable Contractors for the above works for WVS Project Upgrading and Rehabilitation of Somaliland TB Reference Laboratory, Hargeisa -Somaliland.

Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
