DESCRIPTION: Provision of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) services
World Vision International (WVI-S) is a non-profit making, Relief and Development Agency. WVI-S entities in Somalia (Jubaland State - Luuq, Somalia) wish to jointly invite qualified supplier to Submit their expression o interest for the provision of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) service.
World Vision International entities (Jubaland State - Luuq,) in Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (certified training centers) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form.
More Details to be provided in full RFP upon Expression of Interest.
We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable training centers to provide the above Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) services.
Qualifications of the TVET Centre (service provider):
• Proven experience in delivering vocational training programs and developing curricula for tailoring, fabric dyeing, and solar maintenance.
• Qualified instructors with relevant expertise.
• Adequate facilities and resources to conduct hands-on training.
• Ability to provide training in a culturally sensitive manner.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS
a) Interested bidders must be registered in Jubaland, to provide goods, works and services.
b) Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM https://forms.office.com/r/q4WCtrydLi Monday 17th November 2025.
c) Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
d) Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
e) World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
