HI-SOM is seeking to engage service providers to enter into Framework Agreements (FWA) to provide
Travel Agency Service.

1. Key Considerations:
   ▪ Technical and Financial Offers must be submitted in different envelopes with Separate Copy and
   Originals.

2. TECHNICAL:
   a. ONE Original and ONE Copy of Separate Technical Envelopes must be submitted.
   o Renewed (Valid) business license for the year 2026
   o IATA registration
   o Tax clearance
   o Company profile showing the experience in provision of the stated Service/ Proof of past
   experience/ references (Contracts/ POs/ completion certificates/ etc.
   o Any other relevant credentials
   o Summary of Financial Status, e.g., Annual turnover in the last 3 years
3. FINANCIAL:
   a. ONE Original and ONE Copy Financial must be submitted
