
iRise Hub invites legally registered technology firms to submit proposals for the design, development, deployment, and
handover of an AI-enabled Somalia Drought Response Dashboard. The assignment will run for three months from contract
signing.
Purpose of the Assignment
The platform will combine global drought, food security, market, and vegetation data with local government and community
response data. It will provide locality-level risk views, response maps, and automated trigger alerts to support government
bodies, humanitarian agencies, and partners.
Required Vendor Profile
• Proven experience in at least one AI or machine learning projects related to climate, food security, or humanitarian
response.
• At least one completed project in Somalia or a comparable fragile context.
• Valid company profile and business registration/license.
• Stamped financial quotation, including Salaam Somali Bank account details.
• Evidence of previous contracts or relevant similar projects.
• CVs of key technical and management staff, including engineers and senior management.
• Tax compliance certificate or equivalent, where available

Evaluation
Technical pass mark is 70/100. Final combined scoring will be 70% technical and 30% financial. The lowest compliant USD
bid will receive full financial marks.
