Purpose: Call Prequalification of Suppliers
The University of Hargeisa invites sealed bids from qualified, experienced, and reputable suppliers, contractors, and service providers for the supply and delivery of goods, provision of services, and execution of works during the Academic year 2025/2026.
Tenders are invited under the following categories:


Eligible suppliers are required to submit the above-mentioned mandatory documents, duly completed and sealed, to the Procurement Office of the University of Hargeisa during official working hours, Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM
4. Submission of Tenders
Completed tender documents, enclosed in plain sealed and stamped envelopes clearly marked with the Tender Reference Number and Tender Name, must be addressed and submitted to:

All tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box at the Procurement Office on or specialist.procurement@uoh.edu.so or Procurements@uoh.edu.sobefore Sunday, 8th February 2026, at 11:59 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
6. Reservation of Rights
The University of Hargeisa reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, in whole or in part, and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest-priced bidder. The University's decision shall be final.
