BID NOTICE

Provision of Rental Income Tax Collection Services

Procurement Reference Number: FGS/MOF/NCB/2025/001

The Ministry of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia intends to procure services of a contractor to provide Rental Income Tax Collection Services.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above required services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open competitive bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement, Concessions and Disposal Act, 2015, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on 28 August 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration. Bid securing declarations must be valid until 28 January 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids willbe opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:15am on 28 August 2025.
