ADVERTISEMENT FOR SALE UNDP USED VEHICLES
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Hargeisa Area Office, invites interested
bidders to submit offers for the purchase of the following used vehicles, which are being sold on an
"as-is, where-is" basis. The successful bidder(s) will be responsible for the payment of all applicable
duties, levies, taxes, transfer fees, and any other related charges associated with the transfer of
ownership.
Viewing of Vehicles: Interested bidders are invited to inspect the vehicles prior to submitting their
bids. Appointments for viewing may be arranged by contacting: Ahmed Essa, Tel: +252 63 3826189.
The vehicles will be available for inspection from 16 to 22 September 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and
3:00 p.m.
Submission of Bids: All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and delivered to: UNDP
Hargeisa Area Office Registry, UN Common Compound, Alongside Hargeisa Club / Pepsi Road,
Hargeisa, Somaliland.
To facilitate access to the UN Common Compound, bidders must notify registry.hargeisa@undp.org
at least 24 hours prior to delivering their bid and provide the following information: Full name of the
person delivering the bid; Identification Number; Expected date and time of arrival.
The sealed envelope should be clearly marked: "Bid for Sale of Used Vehicles" and addressed to c/o
UNDP Hargeisa Area Office Registry UN Common Compound Alongside Hargeisa Club / Pepsi Road
Hargeisa, Somaliland
Bid Closing date: Sealed bids must be submitted to UNDP Hargeisa Area Office not later than 3:00
p.m. on 24 September 2026.
Bidders should clearly indicate in their offer the specific vehicle(s) for which they are bidding and
must specify the vehicle description as listed in the table below.
