Administration Officer
The Role Summary:
The role will provide administrative and limited programmatic support to the SomReP and other stakeholders (consultants, government etc). The position holder will be responsible for facilitating logistics both local and international (ground and flight); supporting procurement processes; support in organizing workshops and forums; documenting meetings/forums for the two teams. The staff will be required to travel. The position holder must hold the following competencies/attributes: Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation skills and professional maturity; Able to function in a fast-paced, deadline driven, high-performance environment, and meet tight deadlines and multiple demands for support from a results-driven team; Must be highly organized and detail oriented; Must be able to maintain flexible hours when circumstances require to support deadlines, major events, donor and VIP visits, etc.; Must adhere to set security standards.

• The position is field-based in Puntland, Somaliland with frequent travel to other target project locations
