aakulo Somali Community “TAAKULO”. TAAKULO is a multifaceted non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political and nonpartisan development and humanitarian aid organization established in 2007 and headquartered in Hargeisa, Somaliland, and have regional offices throughout Somaliland, Somalia, and Somali region of Ethiopia. TAAKULO is dedicated to assisting the disadvantaged people and communities throughout Somalia and Somaliland by engaging in the development and related activities and providing emergency relief assistance, resilience building, facilitating, and promoting local community engagement and programs that emphasizes self-reliance with dignity.
TAAKULO with Plan International with funding from Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA) is implementing a multi-year project with emergency response and resilience building components. The project is supporting 20 HHs with Agricultural seeds to grow cash crops to create income and for household consumption. TAAKULO invites local suppliers with a track record in supplying Agricultural Seeds based on the details below.
In this activity, 20 households among community in Barwaaqo IDP camp will be will be supported with climate resilient crops as detailed below.
Agricultural Seeds
TAAKULO is cordially inviting all eligible suppliers to a bid for provision and transportation Agricultural seeds. All interested and eligible suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their quotations in Taakulo Office during working hours from 8:00 Am to 4:00 pm, from Sunday to Thursday.
The deadline for submitting bid is Monday, 25th Dec 2023 (12:00 PM), and any bid document received later than submission deadline will not be accepted. The sealed envelope should be dropped in the tender box in Taakulo main office, in Buurta-kala jeexan, behind Ilays Secondary School.
