BACKGROUND:

Activity Description:
arche nova invites you to submit and fill the quotation attached for the Rehabilitation of one strategic borehole-Mahad-Alle borehole. AN will undertake full rehabilitation works, including installation of a solar power system, a submersible pump, 20m³ water storage tank, two animal troughs, and a caretaker room. The scope also includes a 250-meter pipeline extension to ensure water distribution to key points, including the caretaker facility and animal troughs in Ceel-Farah-Geedi village under Galkayo district
Requirements for Bid Submission:
1. The bid should include comprehensive subject matter and should be drawn-up in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
a. The bid should be prepared on the attached RFP request quotation form.
b. The bid should be prepared in English.
c. The bid and annexed documents should be signed and stamped.
2. Companies with Valid registration and Tax Compliance certificates from Galmudug state will be regarded as eligible for Evaluation.
3. Bids that are complete (RFP Quotation submission form, and BOQ attached) filled, Work schedule (implementation plan), stamped, and signed will only be accepted. Only submissions completed using the correct RFP template provided will be accepted for Evaluation.
4. The offer should be submitted in person to AN Office, Garsoor neighbourhood, OSHACA Airport Road, Galkayo, Galmudug, not later than 27th July 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bids received after the specified closing date and time will not be accepted.
