1. This quotation will be governed by a procurement committee. 2. The information of the bidder is such as full name of the bidder, account number, email address, date, lead time/delivery, contact person’s name, his/her signature, and the official stamp of the company. 3. Purchase order/contract will be issued to the qualified bidder as soon as the procurement committee announces the results. |

Special requirements and Conditions: |
1. Bid results will not be made public. 2. The qualified bidder will be paid after the delivery of the service as will be indicated in the contract terms and conditions. |

Language and Currency: |
The quotation documents and all correspondence must be in English, and all prices must be quoted in USD. |

To support this, CeRID is seeking Suppliers or companies who can source and Supply Hygiene Kits to Luuq District, Gedo Region Office.
It shall remain the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that their bid documents reach CeRID office before the deadline. Documents that are received by CeRID after the deadline indicated the table below, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
Therefore, all interested vendors and companies are invited to submit their bid documents by sending to CeRID Procurement email procurement@cerid.so or bring a copy of completed documents at CeRID office in Luuq District, Gedo Region.
