Islamic Relief Worldwide – Somalia (IRW-S) is currently implementing the Activating Climate-Smart Agricultural Livelihoods in Somalia (ACALS) Project, funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) through the World Food Programme (WFP). The project aims to strengthen the resilience and economic empowerment of vulnerable farming and agro-pastoral communities through climate-smart and regenerative agriculture, improved access to productive assets and technologies, financial inclusion, and strengthened market linkages. Under Outcome 2: Improved agricultural productivity and market access as well as financial inclusion for men and women.
