The Somali Red Crescent Society (SRCS) is inviting experienced and qualified construction companies based in Baidoa to participate in the tender for the construction of a new Youth/Volunteer Training Hall above the existing SRCS Baidoa Branch Office building.

3. Company registration certificate (issued by South West State)
4. Valid construction license
5. Company profile detailing relevant experience
6. Copies of three previous contracts for similar construction works
7. Bank statement for the last 6 months

Project Scope:

The construction project will include the following activities:

A. Structural Extension Works

• Extension of reinforced concrete columns from existing ground floor
• Construction of load-bearing block walls (150 mm thick)
• Reinforced slab integration with existing structure

B. Roofing Works

• Treated timber truss fabrication
• GI roofing sheet installation
• Rainwater gutter and downpipe installation

C. Internal Finishing

• Floor screed, wall plastering, and full interior/exterior painting
• Door and window installation

D. Electrical Installation

• Wiring for lighting and sockets
• Connection to existing office electrical system

E. Toilet Construction

• Construction of 2 toilets including plumbing
• Sanitary fixtures, piping, and connection to existing drainage system
