World Vision International informs the general public that there will be disposal of used tyres by public sealed bidding under the terms and conditions below.

Timelines: • Viewing of tyres: 2nd July to 4th July 2024 and 8th to 11th July 2024 between 9:00 am - 4:00pm (Sunday to Thursday) NB: World Vision offices are closed on weekends and public holidays.
Address for viewing tyres: World Vision Gift in Kind Warehouse, Opposite Djibouti Consular, Masalah Area behind Ambassador Hotel.
•Expression of interest and submission of offers: 3rd to 11th July 2024 9.00am to 4:00pm.

Bid Opening & Award: 14th to 19th July 2024 (Subject to change without communication)

•Notification of the successful bidder: 21st July 2024 (Subject to change without communication)
Conditions.

•Bidders shall express interest by downloading bid application forms from the advert websites and submitting sealed bid envelopes to World Vision Office in Hargeisa at the address indicated above.
The successful bidders shall be required to make full payment within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
•World Vision reserves the right to resale the tyres to another bidder if an offer is declined or payment is delayed passed 5 working days. • Successful bidders will be expected to collect the Items within 2 working days once full payment is made and World Vision has legally released the items.
•No price negotiation will be allowed. • Payment for items will be made in the bank with details provided by World Vision. Tyres are to be sold on an “as is basis without warranties”. World Vision accepts no liability “imposed or otherwise” for the condition of the tyres.
•All the tyres are to be bought as a SINGLE LOT, the bid offer price should be the lumpsum total for all the tyres.
