ABOUT ACTIONAID INTERNATIONAL SOMALILAND
ActionAid International is a global justice Federation working in about 70 countries across the world to achieve social justice, gender equality and poverty eradication. ActionAid is currently registered in Somaliland with the Ministry of National Planning and Development. We have been operating in Somaliland for over 32 years with most operations concentrated in 4 out of 6 regions in Somaliland. We work directly in many communities across our operational areas with people’s organizations, women’s movements, youth activists, and networks, social movements, and other allies to overcome the structural causes and consequences of poverty and injustice. We connect the work we do at community level with broader efforts and struggles for justice at the national, regional, and global level to make the greatest contribution towards a just, equitable and sustainable world.
INTRODUCTION
ActionAid International Somaliland is soliciting expressions of interest and submission of prequalification applications from a qualified Agency/Company/Business for “Stationary Supplies”. The Stationary Supplier should be able to provide the necessary and quality stationary materials. Interested suppliers can apply and send quotations for the items/materials shown below with their prices. All the quotations should be sealed, stamped, and submitted to ActionAid Hargeisa office at the latest on Sunday, 2 February 2025. The successful bidder will be given a one-year contract where the prices of the items will remain the same for the first 6 months. After 6 months, the price will be reviewed and negotiated according to the market price.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
The bidder shall quote prices in USD only.
The selected will work for ActionAid Somaliland for one year only.
The selection process depends on the eligibility criteria and printing agencies have equal opportunity.
A formal application on the Agency/Company/Business letterhead must be submitted by hand delivery to ActionAid Office in Hargeisa in a sealed envelope clearly marked prequalification application by latest on Sunday, 2 February 2025 at 4:00 pm, at ActionAid Hargeisa Office, at Masalaha area, near Ambassador Hotel.
