PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS OF GOODS/PRODUCTS, SERVICE AND WORKS
KISMAYO, MOGADISHU, GAROWE AND DUSAMAREB

1. Introduction
   Windle International Somalia (WISOM) is an International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) registered
   and operational in Somalia. WISOM is a member of Windle International family with its headquartered in the
   UK, with over 45 years of experience in delivering education and integrated programs for refugees, the needy, and
   conflict-affected communities in East Africa.
   In Somalia, Windle supports displaced and vulnerable population on Education and Training, Resilience
   Programming which includes cross-cutting interventions in empowerment, peacebuilding, and climate adaptation.
   The implementation of these programs is made possible through the generous support of bilateral and multilateral
   donors, Governments, as well as various foundations.
   Windle International Somalia has forged lasting partnerships with the Federal Government of Somalia and Federal
   Member States to support the delivery of our mission. The overall impact of these interventions has improved the
   life chances, economic, and social well-being of vulnerable girls, boys, women, and men, while investing in the
   long-term capacity of their communities to build a peaceful future.
2. Purpose
   In this expression of Interest (EOI) procurement department is updating its register for prequalified suppliers of
   various goods and services for the period 2027-2028 across its four operational field offices in Jubaland,
   Galmudug, Mogadishu, and Puntland.
   Windle invites applications from interested and eligible suppliers (including current suppliers) for the prequalification of the supply of goods and services to the organization for the period between 2027-2028
