FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR GREEN HOUSES WITH COMPELETE DRIP IRRIGATION, PIPELINE EXTENSION AND FENCING IN BURAO TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (BTI)- SOMALILAND.
