**ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS** 1. Valid Business Registration & License (Somaliland Government). 2. Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. Most recent Bank Statements. 4. Company Profile with verifiable physical address. 5. Evidence of Past Experience: (At least 3 copies of LPOs and Contracts for similar Construction or Rehabilitation and WASH Infrastructure projects). 6. Formal Recommendation Letters: Provision of at least three (3) signed and stamped recommendation letters from previous international NGOs or UN agencies for successfully completed WASH Infrastructure projects. 7. Detailed Price Estimate (Must be submitted using the ALIGHT BoQ/Scope of Work format on the company’s official letterhead). 8. Technical Workplan / Lead team. 9. Quote envelope should be sealed with the reference and must stamped. 10. Mode of Payment. 11. Partial Documents will not be accepted. 12. All bids should be written in English.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Interested contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are hereby invited to submit their bid in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with the reference: "SM-PR/HAR/02-000824: Rehabilitation of Lawyocado Shallow Well in Zeila, Awdal Region."
Bids must be deposited at ALIGHT Horn of Africa Hargeisa Office. All quotes must be submitted using ALIGHT Scope of Work/BoQ format on the bidding Vendor/Contractor’s official letterhead.
