INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID FOR THE PROCUREMENTS AND SUPPLY OF 10 WALKING TRACTORS WITH SPECIFICATION OF (FUEL TYPE: DIESEL HORSE POWER: 16HP ACCESSORIES: 2 DISC PLOUGHS, 2 TILLERS, IRON WHEELS, 1 DITCHER/FURROW OPENER STARTING OPTION: ELECTRIC KEY START AND MANUAL HAND PULL FUEL TANK CAPACITY: 5.5 LITRES FUEL CONSUMPTION: 5 TO 7 LITRES PER ACRE WORKING EFFICIENCY: 2 TO 3 HOURS PER ACRE TRANSMISSION MODE: FULL GEAR TRANSMISSION WEIGHT: 100KGS 10HP WALKING TRACTOR) SUPPLY TO KISMAYO

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing livelihood project in Kismayo. In reference to this, ALIGHT/ARC invites tender from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:
2. a)Official Quotation with company’s letter head, stamp and signed in the attached BOQ provided no revisions allowed after submitted.

1. b)Delivery lead time

1. c)Fill completely including all attached forms.

1. d)Certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.

1. e)Company profile

1. f)Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts and emails of at least three referees.

1. g)Proof of the above must be provided at least three contracts.

1. h)Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last 6 months.

1. i)Submission of Tax compliance certificate
