OPEN LOCAL TENDER –SUPPLIES OF MAKEUP COLLECTION START UP KIT 

World Vision Somalia (WVS) is implementing various projects in different regions through local implementing partners as well as directing implementation of its program expansion and quality improvement of Livelihood, WASH, Health, Child protection and commodities activities in Somalia.

Information to bidders:

Subject: Requirements: -

World Vision Somalia aims to procurer Make up collection start up kit; therefore, we invite all the reliable companies in the market to apply this RFQ and make their offer based on requirement in the below table.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS)

1. Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license from Ministry of commerce.
2. Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificate from ministry of finance
3. Registration from Puntland national tender board.

Note: Bidders who will not adhere to mandatory requirements will automatically be disqualified.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. three (3) similar works experience (attach current and previous contracts/LPOs) - past experiences for supplies of Makeup Collection start up or any other similar supplies to those that have been stated in this advert.
2. Bank statement for the last 6 Months stamped by issued company.

1. Photos of the Makeup Collection start up kit required. (Attach photos of item you quoted)
2. A brief description of your company profile (Attach company profile).
