The Abudwak District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the works
below. This procurement is financed under the Recurrent Cost and Reform Financing Project Phase III
(RCRFIII) 2026.

Construction of Mother and Child Health (MCH) Facility Octoobar Village (New building)
Scope (summary): Works typically include site preparation, foundations/superstructure, roofing, finishes,
doors/windows, electrical and plumbing installations, accessibility features, external works
(paths/ramps/drainage), and basic furnishings as specified in the Bidding Documents (BoQ, drawings, and
technical specifications).
Availability of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents are available at the the District Office, located near the police station area, just
south of the former Olal Media Center at a non-refundable fee of USD 20 per set. An official receipt will
be issued.

ders must attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.

• Issue date: 01 April 2026
• Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM, 08 April 2026
• Bid opening: Immediately after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives
who choose to attend, at the Abudwak District Main Office.
Instructions to Bidders (Summary)
• Prepare your bid in accordance with the ITB contained in the Bidding Documents.
• Submit hard-copy sealed bids (one original + one copy) clearly marked with the Reference
• provide priced BoQ and construction schedule.
• Bid validity: minimum 8 days from the submission deadline.
• Late bids will be rejected.
