INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEM, SUBMERSIBLE PUMP, GENERATOR, GENERATOR ROOM, 20M3 ELEVATED WATER TANK, WELL REHABILITATION, ANIMAL TROUGHS AND WATER KIOSK, FOR CEEGAG SHALLOW WELL AND TUKUB SHALLOW WELL, HUDUN/CAYNABO DISTRICT, SOOL REGION:

ALIGHT Horn of Africa has been working in Somaliland since 2011, and has a permanent presence in Mogadishu, Kismayo, Dhobley, Puntland, Las’anod and Hargeisa. Alight has remote operation in Afmadow and some places in Badade district of Lower Juba, with an overall objective to enhance protection and promote the rights of displaced persons in Humanitarian need by improving and seeking durable solutions by providing primary health care, protection, training and skill transfer, income generating projects and other related services to innocent people uprooted by war and civil conflict.  ALIGHT Horn of Africa provides assistance to more than million refugees, displaced persons, returnees, and host communities where possible.  

In reference to this, ALIGHT Horn of Africa cordially invites Interested and eligible respective bidders with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work for the Rehabilitation of Ceegaag and Tukub Shallow Well with Solar System Installation, and Construction of 20CUM water tanks, Water Kiosk and Animal Troughs in Cegaag, Hudun District, and Tukub, Caynabo District Sool Region as per the terms and conditions provided in this ITB and the Provided BOQ and deigns.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Description:

ALIGHT Horn of Africa invites Interested Bidders with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar works to submit invitation to bid in a SEALED envelope and be deposited/delivered at ALIGHT Horn of Africa Tender Box in Hargeisa Office Respectively. (All Price estimates Must be submitted on ALIGHT Horn of Africa scope of work format).

6. Most recent Bank statements.

9. Mode of Payment
10. Valid Registration certificates for Somaliland Government
11. Tax Clearance Certificate
12. Evidence of Past Experience in a similar work (LPOs/Contracts, Recommendation letter etc.)
13. All bids should be written in English.

Interested Contractors with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to submit their Bid in a SEALED envelope, clearly marked with the quote reference as mentioned in the above table Rehabilitation of Ceegaag And Tukub Shallow Well with Solar System Installation, and Construction of 20CUM Water tanks, Water Kiosk and Animal Troughs in Ceegaag and Tukub, Caynabo/Hudun District, Sool Region. and be deposited/delivered at Alight Horn of Africa office in Hargeisa Office.
