INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS

Islamic Relief Somaliland (IR Somaliland) began its operations over a decade ago through community-based initiatives. It has since been delivering humanitarian and development assistance to vulnerable populations across Somaliland, focusing on saving lives, building resilience, and addressing the root causes of poverty and climate-related crises.
All interested and eligible Contractors/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to collect tender documents with RFQs which are available for collection from Islamic Relief Hargeisa office.

Tender document with detail specification and terms and conditions will be available at Islamic Relief offices from 28th -October-2026 to 03rd -November-2026 at 4:00 pm.
The deadline for submitting bids is 03rd -November-2026 and any tender or documents received later than this date and time will not be accepted.
The sealed envelopes should be dropped at the Tender Box in Islamic Relief Hargeisa offices.
