The Jowhar District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the works below. This procurement is financed under the Dowlad Kaab Program.

Scope of Work
The scope also includes the provision of labor, materials, equipment, transportation, quality control testing, site safety measures, and environmental protection activities. The contractor shall ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), technical specifications, and instructions of the supervising engineer to deliver a durable and safe security street in Jowhar District.
Availability of Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents are available at the Procurement Office, Jowhar District Office at a non-refundable fee of USD 20 per set. An official receipt will be issued. Bidders must attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.
