Invitation to Bid (ITB)

The Adado District Council invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified companies for the works below. This procurement is financed under the Dowlad Kaab Project 2025.

Lots (you may bid for one, any, or all)

• Lot 1: Construction of Karama Community Centre (new build)
• Lot 2: Construction of Galbed Community Centre (new build)
• Lot 3: Rehabilitation of Adado Youth Centre

Scope (summary): Works typically include site preparation, foundations/superstructure, roofing, finishes, doors/windows, electrical and plumbing installations, accessibility features, external works (paths/ramps/drainage), and basic furnishings as specified in the Bidding Documents (BoQ, drawings, and technical specifications). For Lot 3, scope focuses on structural repairs, waterproofing, roof and finishes replacement, MEP rehabilitation, and functional upgrades.

Availability of Bidding Documents

Bidding Documents are available at the Procurement Office, Adado District Office at a non-refundable fee of USD 20 per set. An official receipt will be issued. Bidders must attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.

Key Dates (EAT)

• Issue date: 15 August 2025
• Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM, 29 August 2025
• Bid opening: Immediately after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, at the Adado District Main Office.

Instructions to Bidders (Summary)

• Prepare your bid in accordance with the ITB contained in the Bidding Documents.
• Submit hard-copy sealed bids (one original + one copy) clearly marked with the Reference and the Lot(s).
• You may bid for one, any, or all lots. Provide a separate priced BoQ and construction schedule per lot. 
• Bid validity: minimum 12 days from the submission deadline.
• Late bids will be rejected.
