INVITATION FOR OPEN TENDER
INSTALLATION OF 20 SOLAR STREET LIGHTS IN YUBE, SANAAG REGION UNDER PROSPERIS PROGRAM FUNDED BY ROYAL NORWEGIAN EMBASSY AND SWISS AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT AND COOPERATION.

NIS Foundation is looking for a qualified contractor to undertake the installation of 20 solar streetlights in Yube Settlement, Sanaag region in Somaliland. All interested qualified contractors are requested to submit their applications together with the below listed support documentation and other requirements for consideration:
Licenses. Valid registration or operating license permits from designated government bodies/authorities such as.
✓ Ministry of Public Works of Somaliland for construction firms or Energy License from Ministry of Commerce for energy solution providers.
✓ Tax compliance certificate from the Ministry of Finance of Somaliland.
✓ Membership certificate from Chamber of Commerce Somaliland.
✓ Erigavo and Yube local authorities’ registrations.
✓ Statement of ownership: The company shall submit a signed public notary document stating the ownership of the company (Name, position, contacts, and shares)
Failure to submit all the above licenses will lead to automatic disqualification.
