**DESCRIPTION: Expression of Interest – Provision of Car Rental Services (Land Cruiser)**
World Vision International (WVI) Somaliland, in collaboration with the Ministry of Fishery and Marine Resource Development (MoFMRD), is committed to strengthening the livelihoods of local fishers by elevating production quality and hygiene standards. Part of this mission is the establishment of a sustainable, energy-efficient cold chain infrastructure designed to drastically reduce post-harvest losses and modernize maritime safety. To achieve this, WVI is implementing to solarize a containerized ice flake-making machine at the Berbera Fishery Centre and installation of street solar lamps at Berbera Fish Port. By transitioning to reliable, cost-effective green energy, this will not only secure the cooling process but also extends the port’s operational capacity into the night through the strategic installation of solar-powered streetlighting. **More Details to be provided in full RFP upon Expression of Interest.** **We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide above-named goods to World Vision International Somaliland Program.**
