WVS wishes to invite qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for provide Provision Staff Airtime Supply at World Vision-South Central Somalia. The purpose of this document is to outline the requirements and expectations for the provision of airtime services to World Vision Somalia staff. The selected service provider will be responsible for ensure the timely and consistent delivery of airtime packages tailored to the organization’s needs.
World Vision International entities (Baidoa in Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (Telecommunication/Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide the above service as per the specification to World Vision Somalia.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BIDDERS
Interested bidders must be registered in Federal Somalia - to provide Staff Airtime Supply and data bundles at their respective district. Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link (World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form) or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM Sunday 09th November 2025.
Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
