A05_SO_WVS HirSh/SWS FY26-115Provision of vehicle hire services in Baidoa, Hudur & Berdale DistrictsWorld Vision International Somalia Program Office is a non-profit making relief and development agency. WVI-Somalia entities in South West State, Somalia. wish to invite qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest for the provision of vehicle hire services in Baidoa, Hudur & Berdale districts.
We are looking for companies that are registered as business organizations in these three districts and have the capacity to provide reliable vehicle hire services.
More Details to be provided in full RFP and TOR upon Expression of Interest.
All interested companies must meet the following mandatory eligibility requirements and submit the required supporting documentation as part of their application. Failure to provide any of the listed documents, or failure to meet the stated requirements, will result in automatic disqualification, and the application will not be considered for further technical or financial evaluation.
The following are mandatory requirements that makes the company eligible to participate in the bid:
At least 3 years of experience in providing car rental services
Should provide Security clearance from district commissioner
Should provide Tax License and business registrations certificates that have all been renewed and valid for the current fiscal year and other authorized legal documents
Ownership certificate (Libre) given from Road Transport Authority showing the list of vehicles, plate numbers, type of vehicles, carrying capacity, and model of the vehicle.
Renewed Insurance certificate (Third party insurance policy)
Driver CV and license & Recommendation letter about driver work experience and good conduct. Driver security clearance from Authority. Valid mechanical checkup report from acceptable garage. Copy of Vehicles registration certificate (no more than 10 years)
Should present at least three testimonials from similar international organizations like INGO.

Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
