WVS wishes to invite qualified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Travel Management Services. The Purpose of travel agency is to provide travel services from 8.00AM to 5.00PM during working days. In addition, the Travel Agency shall provide for 24 hours a day an emergency service including weekends and official holidays where emergency travel service is required. Travel Agency shall provide full, prompt, accurate international and domestic travel products and services to WVI staff.
World Vision International (WVI) Somalia Program operates as an entity but supports operations of Six Area offices in the Somalia, jointly invites interested applicants (Vendors/suppliers/Contractors) to submit their expression of interest by filling the online form.

We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved and reputable suppliers to provide the above Travel Management Services as per the specification to World Vision Somalia.
Mandatory Travel Agency documents: Please provide below mandatory documents that makes the company eligible to participate in the bid:
Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation- FGS/ Member states
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate issued by the FGS / States Revenue Authority
Copy of Valid IATA Certificate of Accreditation
Copy of Valid Ministry of Public works FGS/ Member states certificate
The travel agency should have physical presence within the country

Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link (World Vision Somalia-Expression of Interest (EOI) – Fill out form ) or in the below barcode by 5:00 PM Monday 23th March 2026.
Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
