Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work
as an External Collaborator, to manage its regional social media accounts on X, Facebook and
LinkedIn from 1 May to 31 August 2026. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The collaborator
will work under the supervision of the Regional Communications Officer for Africa, liaise as
needed with ILO headquarters communication colleagues, and help strengthen the visibility,
quality and consistency of the ILO’s social media communication across the region. The
assignment is home-based and no travel is foreseen.

Experiences and Qualifications

The
collaborator will support the planning, creation, adaptation and publication of bilingual content
in English and French; produce graphics and short-form video assets; maintain a regional
posting calendar; monitor performance and prepare monthly analytics reports; and provide
advisory and training support to ILO Country Offices and projects in Africa.
