For the Supply, Packaging, and Delivery of Dignity Kits
1. Background
As part of ActionAid International Somalia (AAIS) activities, In the context of ongoing displacement and humanitarian crises, internally displaced persons (IDPs), particularly women and girls, face heightened risks of gender-based violence (GBV). These risks are often exacerbated by the lack of access to basic hygiene and personal care items, which are essential for maintaining dignity, health, and well-being.
As part of our protection response, we aim to procure and distribute dignity kits tailored to the specific needs of GBV survivors among IDP populations. This initiative seeks to uphold the dignity of affected individuals, reduce their vulnerability, and support their access to essential services in a safe and respectful manner.
To achieve this, AAIS is seeking a reliable and competent supplier to procure, assemble, and deliver 70 dignity kits in line with the specified requirements outlined below. The selected supplier must ensure the quality, durability, and timely delivery of the kits to the ActionAid office in Beledweyne.
2. Objective
The objective is to procure high-quality dignity kits, each containing 18 specified items, and ensure their timely delivery to the ActionAid office in Beledweyne.
3. Scope of work
The selected supplier will be responsible for:
Procuring, assembling, and neatly packaging the dignity kits as per the specifications provided below.
Ensuring the quality and durability of all items included in the kits.
Delivering 70 completed dignity kits to the ActionAid office in Beledweyne.
4. Specifications of the dignity kits
Submission deadline: All proposals must be submitted by 20-November 2025, via email to: Admin.Somalia@actionaid.org> late submissions will not be considered.
