### . BACKGROUND As part of ActionAid International Somaliland's (AAIS) activities, AAIS is working to support school youth clubs in the Sanaag and Sool regions by distributing dignity kits to girls. These kits are designed to meet essential hygiene and personal care needs, empowering girls to maintain their dignity and confidence in daily life. To achieve this, AAIS is seeking a reliable and competent supplier to procure, assemble, and deliver 87 dignity kits in line with the specified requirements outlined below. The selected supplier must ensure the quality, durability, and timely delivery of the kits to the ActionAid office in Hargeisa. ### 2\. Objective The objective is to procure high-quality dignity kits, each containing 14 specified items, and ensure their timely delivery to the ActionAid office in Hargeisa. ### 3\. Scope of work The selected supplier will be responsible for: * Procuring, assembling, and neatly packaging the dignity kits as per the specifications provided below. * Ensuring the quality and durability of all items included in the kits. * Delivering 87 completed dignity kits to the ActionAid office in Hargeisa. ### 4\. Specifications of the dignity kits Each dignity kit must include the following 14 essential items:

**Packaging requirements**: ✓ Each kit will be neatly packed in a durable and reusable bag (dispatched by ActionAid), ensuring that all items are secure and protected during transportation. ### 5\. Deliverables The supplier will be required to deliver the following: * Quantity: 87 fully assembled and packaged dignity kits. * Delivery location: ActionAid International Somaliland office, Hargeisa. * Quality assurance: all items must meet the required quality standards and specifications. * Delivery timeline: The final delivery schedule will be determined in consultation with the AAIS procurement team following the bidding process. ### 6\. Supplier requirements Interested suppliers must meet the following criteria: * Demonstrated experience in procuring and assembling similar kits or products. * Ability to deliver the required quantity of kits within the timeframe of October 2025 * Commitment to ensuring the quality and durability of all items. * Willingness to provide product samples for evaluation before finalizing the contract.
