The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the “Somalia Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP)” and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the “Procurement of Mobile Veterinary Clinic for MoLFR”. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
The Ministry of Livestock, Forest and Range (MoLFR) of Galmudug state now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Mobile Veterinary Clinic as per below details:
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018, November 2020, September 2023, (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the S-FSRP Project Implementation Unit (PIU) offices at the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (MoAI) and the Ministry of Livestock, Forest and Range (MoLFR), Galmudug State of Somalia.

Bidding documents may be inspected during official working hours (09:00 to 16:00, local time) from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays at the address provided below.
The bidding documents that is available in English can be obtained free of charge by interested and eligible Bidders upon submission of a written request to the address indicated below.
All bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:30 hours (local time), on 30th June 2025. Please note that electronic submission of bids is not permitted, and late submissions will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 hours on the same day (30th June 2025) in the presence of Bidders’ designated representatives and any other interested parties who choose to attend.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration using the form included in Section IV, Bidding Forms.
Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
