Reports to: Resilience Programme Manager
Liaises with: The Senior Field Coordinator will report to the Resilience Programme Manager and Liaises with the Resilience Programme Coordinator, and Senior Technical Specialists-Economic Inclusion and Senior Technical Specialist NRM & Agriculture.
Job Location: The position will be based in Concern’s Mogadishu office, but with frequent travel and considerable time for technical support to Concern Local Partner and spend 60% of time in the field.

Job Purpose:
In direct coordination with the Programme Manager, the Senior Field Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the leadership, management, coordination, and successful implementation of the Preventing Wasting in Mandera Triangle (PWiMT) programme in Gedo. The Senior Field Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct technical support to the Implementing Local Partner organization to ensure that the programme activities are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, strategies, timelines and budgets, and that all reports and information required are produced on time and to a high quality standard. The incumbent will represent Concern at relevant coordination fora in Gedo along with the PC or in the absence of the PC.
