Job Description:
Livelihood and Gender Programming
Project monitoring, Documentation and Reporting
Gender and protection Mainstreaming
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
Knowledge of humanitarian industry including SPHERE standards, Good Enough Guide, NGO code of conduct and humanitarian charter
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Professional technical skill desired: Excellent organizational, negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills (certification)
Working knowledge of English, and local language.
Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as negotiation skills
Self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly, multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail with an analytic approach to work
Ability to work under pressure to ensure demanding timescales are met
An aptitude for working in a changing environment and managing multiple priorities
Ability to work both as part of a team and alone, supervised or unsupervised
Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement
50 % Domestic, with some international travel, as required.
Physical Requirements :Office-based with frequent travel to the field
