Visa Processing and Cargo Shipping.
B**: QUALIFICATION**
Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements, supported by relevant documents
at submission, to be considered for further evaluation:
• Valid business registration and licensing documents
• Attached Tax Compliance Certificates
• Company Profile indicating similar experience
• Attached duly filled Request for Quotation (RFQ)
• Submission of all necessary documentation in PDF.

All quotations shall be submitted via email to rfq-in-som@windle.org No physical
submissions will be accepted. The deadline for submission is on Wednesday, 21st January
2026 at 16:00 EAT. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
