Windle International Somalia (WISOM) is an International Non-Governmental organization with oversight support and coordination by regional Office in Nairobi. Windle was founded with the belief that good education was essential if Africa was to meet the challenges it faced. Windle International Somalia implements Education, Training and Integrated program in Livelihood and Economic Inclusion, Water Sanitation and Hygiene, Climate Adaptation and Green Energy and Peace Building.

To maintain uninterrupted operations and protect its physical assets, WISOM seeks to engage a licensed and reputable insurance service provider to provide comprehensive asset insurance cover for one year. This is crucial for mitigating potential operational risks and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements.

A: TASK

Windle International Somalia invites tenders from qualified firms to the:

1. Car Hire Services in Garowe and its environ.
   1. Car Hire services in Kismayo and its environ.

B. QUALIFICATION

Eligible contractors are invited to tender for Car hire services in Garowe and Kismayo respectively. Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements: supported by relevant documents at submission will be considered for further evaluation.

• Valid business registration and licensing documents
• Attached Tax Compliance Certificates.
• Company Profile -indicate similar experience
• Must be well maintained e.g. fitted seat belts, good condition.
  • Driver must have a valid driving license. (attach copy)
• Attach dully filled Request for Quotation.
