Requirements:
World Vision Somalia invites all interested and reputable Suppliers with proven experience in the solar powered incubators and solar panels and installation to make an offer based upon the conditions stated in this invitation to RFQ for the Items in Annex 1.

Your offer should clearly indicate:
1.Unit price as per the attached RFQ
2.Validity of the offer.
3.Delivery time.
4.Are item in stock;
Information to bidders:
1.Currency of offer should be in US Dollars
2.World Vision reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer.
3.World Vision Somalia reserves the right to accept or reject any application (bid), and is not bound to give reasons for its decisions. Canvassing or giving false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
4.The location will be 5 sites in Garowe IDPs (Jilab, Al aamin, Al kheyraad, Tawakal and Waabari IDPs)
5.To install each 5 sites, one Solar panel: one Lead acid solar Batteries 2.4KWh and one Solar-powered incubators.
6.Installation of the solar panels, set up of the incubators and accompanying accessories and the aftermath training of the user is the sole responsibilities of the supplier
7.Ensure the proposed solar-powered incubators are compatible with the battery and solar panel outputs, meeting the energy requirements for optimal performance

EVALUATION CRITERIA

1.Mandatory Requirements:

1.Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration.

2.Provide a certified copy of tax registration.

3.Provider registration from Puntland national tender board
4.From local government registration from any District in Puntland

Technical criteria;
1.Provide references from previous customers with solar installation works
2.Clearly specify delivery time and workplan for time frame.
3.Provide banks statement details for the last six months to determine financial stability of the company
4.To provide 3-month warranty to repair the equipment in case of any eventuality
5.Share the qualification, certification & trainings for the technical team conducting the installation of Solar panel and incubators
