KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Concept Development: Brainstorming and translating project briefs into visual solutions using typography, color theory, and layout.
• Asset Creation: Designing digital and print assets, including logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and product packaging.
• Revisions & Editing: Presenting drafts to stakeholders, gathering constructive feedback, and refining designs to meet business objectives
• Brand Management: Upholding brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and identity guidelines across all design projects.
• Production Preparation: Exporting and formatting finalized files for print or web deployment, including liaising with external suppliers or printers.
• Project Management: Managing multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and collaborating with marketing and writing teams

Experiences and Qualifications

• Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
• Design Fundamentals:Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. [1, 2]
• 2+ years in a similar position.
• Great communication skills (both verbally and written) Commercial awareness and target driven
