We hereby invite Expression of Interest from registered, approved, reputable and qualified aviation companies that can provide Provision of Aircraft with 8–15 PAX capacity services using fixed-wing aircraft with a capacity of 8–15 passengers (PAX).
The following are mandatory requirements that makes the company eligible to participate in the bid:

Fleet Details (Aircraft with 8–15 PAX capacity)
Valid AOC and aviation certifications
Business registration and tax documentation
Insurance certificates
Safety documentation (SMS, ERP)
Evacuation procedures and communication plan
Crew qualification matrix
Aircraft maintenance reports
Financial proposal with clear pricing structure.

Request for Proposal documents will be available Free of Charge to all interested bidders who express interest by filling the form provided in this link https://forms.office.com/r/WaUJHQ35xmor in the below barcode by 5:00 PM 23rd March 026.
Instructions for submission of completed proposals shall be indicated on the Request for Proposal document.
Nothing in this Expression of Interest shall be construed to give rise to contractual obligations with World Vision.
World Vision, may at its absolute discretion, suspend or defer this EOI process.
