PRODUCTION OF SEMI-PERMANENT STRUCTURE TENT WITH
SANDWICH‑PANEL SIDE WALLS UNDER EU SUPPORT TO LOCAL
STABILIZATION PROGRAM (SLS) NDICI CRISIS FPI/2025/483-802

The Nordic International Support Foundation (NIS) is seeking quotation to produce semi-permanent
structure tent with sandwich‑panel side walls under the support to local stabilization project in
Somalia
The quotation shall be based on the technical specifications provided below. However, NIS is open
to quotation based on alternative designs and products provided these are cost-competitive and

achieve the same results as the NIS specifications.

Quotations are sought for the production semi-permanent structure tent with sandwich‑panel side

walls only. Shipment, transportation, and installation costs shall not be included in the quotation

3 reports/certificates confirming conformity to international standards for each item
such as ISO 9001:2021, CE, ROHS, IEC, TUV, EU declaration of Conformity, etc. If any
of the items are outsourced, the certifications and the profile of the outsourced
company should be submitted.
• Provide details of similar three past experiences and contracts (each contract worth
at least USD 25,000.00) in the last 5 (Five) years related to the production of highgrade semi/permanent tent structure with UN, INGOs, private and government
institutions. (N.B: all contracts should be translated into English with a copy of
original attached ) please attach photos of finished product.
• Technical Proposal correspondence with the required specifications in the bill of
quantities and structure layout provided in ANNEX 1 , and providing all technical
drawings, 3D design of tent structure, sandwich panels, doors and sliding windows
detailed designs.
• A detailed quotation in USD with a price breakdown showing each system component,
detailed design, technical data sheets /specifications of all core items and installation
manual.
• The total costs in each bid shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, fees and other
impositions paid by the firm in supplying the goods specified in this Call.
• Delivery time (duration of the production) and location where the goods will be picked
up by a transporter designated by NIS Foundation.
Bids are required to include full detailed technical solutions within the following parameters:
• All equipment must have a functioning lifespan of at least 20 years.
• All materials and equipment must be proven to perform in extreme environments relating
to heat, humidity, dust and wind Load: 30m/s (108 Km/h)
• Full technical specifications are required for all components.
• Components and parts used should confirm to the latest BIS/ international specifications,
wherever such specifications are available and applicable. A copy of the test report /
certificate stating conformity of BIS/ international standards must be submitted.

• The Aluminum Frame will be warranted for a minimum period of 10 years, PVC fabrics : 3
years, and Clear PVC & sandwich panel: 3 years.
When deviations to the technical specifications in this Call are suggested, concrete and thorough
technical justifications are to be provided.
