COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF SOMALI PORTS AND MARITIME INFRASTRUCTURE
PROJECT NAME: SOMALIA-HORN OF AFRICA INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRATION PROJECT (SHIIP) – P173119

This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the requirements for a Consulting Firm to conduct a detailed Ports and Maritime Infrastructure Assessment.
