About the Roster
Consilient’s roster is a pool of qualified professionals available for temporary assignments to support our research and data collection efforts. Members of the roster may be called upon to fill various roles based on expertise, experience, and availability.

Roles Available
We are recruiting for several positions, including:

• Quantitative Survey Enumerator: Conduct structured interviews and collect survey data using digital tools.
• Qualitative Researcher: Facilitate focus group discussions, conduct in-depth interviews, and capture rich, contextual insights.
• Quality Assurance Officer: Ensure data integrity, liaise with field teams, and maintain high research standards.
• Fieldwork Assistant: Provide logistical and operational support during data collection activities.
• Translator: Translate research instruments and documents between Somali and English with accuracy.
• Note Taker: Capture comprehensive and detailed notes during interviews and discussions

Experiences and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

• Experience in field research, data collection, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Somali and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities.
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with digital data collection tools (preferred but not mandatory).
