The office of Together for Inclusion International request your RFP price for the provision of commercial Real Estate services (Office Space Rental) for Somalia /Somaliland as per Terms of
Reference attached (Annex A)

1. REQUIREMENTS
   The requirements for the suitable office premises are as follows:
2. The premises must be within Mogadishu, Hargeisa, Garo, Baidoa, Kismayo. Dhusamareb, Galkacayo
3. Premises with sufficient Vehicle parking Spaces.
4. Total Rentable Area including parking area(including total size of the number of floors) is 1,000 square Meters in average.
5. Premises in good condition that require little or no remodeling or improvement.
   Offer can be received from Real estate agencies or directly from landlords.
   For all shortlisted buildings, TOFI multi-function team will conduct an assessment on key criteria (sizes), location, accessibility, security and safety, technology facilities etc.
