Role Overview
Talk to Loop receives hundreds of feedback from people and communities in crises daily, and to keep our promise to the community to moderate their feedback within 48 hours, we are looking to hire several Moderators to join our team in Mogadishu and Hargeisa.
Position Overview
The Talk to Loop Moderator is a key role based at the country level within the organisation's local and global structure. The moderators are entrusted with the responsibility of reviewing, tagging, and managing feedback submitted to the Talk to Loop platform. With a deep understanding of the local aid landscape and linguistic proficiency, the Moderator plays a pivotal role in maintaining community standards, identifying sensitive feedback, and facilitating appropriate responses in a timely way. Moderators respond to the Somalia Country Lead and collaborate closely with the Sensitive Feedback Lead, User Experience and Quality Assurance Lead as well as the global team and moderators from other countries. The Moderator has a key role to ensure the effective functioning and integration of Talk to Loop within their country of operation and act as an expert linguist and translator of feedback and cultural issues.

Your efforts will directly contribute to empowering individuals to voice their experiences, fostering transparency, and driving positive change.
