INVITATION TO SUBMIT BID TENDER FOR DURDUR BOREHOLE SUBMERIBLE SOLAR PUMPING SYSTEM AND PUMP TESTING, CONSTRUCTION OF TWO OPEN WATER KIOSKS WITH 6 FAUCETS, 1000M EXTENTION FROM THE BOREHOLE TO TWO WATER KIOSKS AND CONSTRUCTION OF CHAIN LINK FENCING 40MX40M BALCAD MIDLLE SHABELLE SOMALIA.

ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing the SHF WASH project in Balcad district Middle Shabelle Somalia. In reference to this, ALIGHT invites tenders from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detailed description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.

Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.

(All tender documents MUST be submitted on the company’s letter head and on ALIGHT template provided as part of the tender documents).

1. Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:

1. a)Official Quotation with company’s latter head, stamp and signed in the attached

RFQ provided no revisions allowed after submitted.

1. b)Work plan for weekly based.

1. c)Fill out completely including all attached forms.

1. d)Valid certificate of Registration with the relevant Government certifying Authority.

1. e)Valid Tax compliance certificate (TIN).

1. f)Company profile – updated.

1. g)Good track-record and references from previous clients (similar tasks) with telephone contacts and emails of at least three referees.

1. h)Proof of the above must be provided at least three contracts.

1. i)Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity for at least last 6 months.

1. j)submission of site engineer’s CVs
2. k)The bidder has a legitimate business address.

1. l)The bidder must submit at least three contracts with another organization, along with a bank statement showing the corresponding payment amounts.
