Dear Sir / Madam,
The Central Bank of Somalia (CBS) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for
the supply, implementation, training, support, and maintenance of an Enterprise
Screen Watermarking and Data Loss Prevention Solution.
We include the following information:
• Part 1: Invitation to Tender
• Part 2: Conditions of Tendering
• Part 3: Terms and Conditions of Purchase (which will be signed by the successful
Bidder)
Interested eligible and qualified Suppliers are invited to apply for the bid. Your return
tender must be received not later than 16th July 2026, 5:00pm East African Time
("the Closing Date").
Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids
must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 30 days from the
Closing Date.
