REQUIREMENTs
Suppliers should submit (a) a Company profile indicating the year of establishment (b) a Company Capacity/Financial stability (c) a Valid registration certificate with a respective ministry with tax clearance
(d) an Updated CV (if your request is a consultant or Facilitator). (e) Past experience in similar work (stamped Po /Contracts) (f) Quoted amount per quotation (g) Environmental protection policy.
HOW TO COLLECT THE QUOTATION
To apply, interested suppliers should request the quotation via procurement@havoyoco.org . The document will be sent via email in soft format, based on the requested area
All interested suppliers are required to complete the quotation document electronically (computerized). The completed quotation must be printed, stamped, and submitted together with all required supporting documents in a sealed envelope to our Head Office located in Hargeisa, Badacas 527619, from 14 April 2026 to 30 April 2026.
The envelope must be clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFIED QUOTATION” and must indicate the specific area you are applying for.
The submission deadline is Thursday, 30 April 2026.
