1. High School Principal (Grades 9–12)
The High School Principal serves as the academic and operational leader of the high school division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise Grades 9–12 academic programs
• Supervise teachers and academic staff
• Monitor student achievement, attendance, and discipline
• Support curriculum implementation and teacher development
• Prepare monthly reports and present them with the School President to the School Board Liaison
• Support strategic planning and institutional improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of educational leadership experience
